Refund Policy

Cultivibe LLC: Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for being part of the Cultivibe community. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience. Please see below for our policies regarding physical merchandise and digital services.

1. Physical Merchandise (Online Store)

We accept returns on most physical products (apparel, accessories, etc.) purchased through our online store.

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: "Final Sale" items, customized/personalized products, and certain hygiene-related items (like swimwear or face masks) cannot be returned.
  • How to Start a Return: Email us at [cultivibe@gmail.com] with your order number.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Digital Goods and In-App Purchases

Cultivibe provides digital content, including video, audio, and premium app features.

  • Nature of Purchase: Per California law, when you "buy" or "purchase" digital content on the Cultivibe App, you are receiving a license to access that content. This access may be revoked if Cultivibe no longer holds the rights to that content or if your account is terminated for violating our Terms.
  • No-Refund Policy: Generally, all digital sales and in-app purchases are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical defect that prevents you from accessing a digital purchase, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution or credit.

3. App Store & Google Play Refunds

If you made a purchase directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • Third-Party Billing: Cultivibe LLC does not manage billing for these transactions.
  • Requesting a Refund: You must request a refund directly through the respective platform:
    • Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
    • Google Play: Visit the "Order History" section in your Google Play account.
  • Policy: Refunds for these purchases are subject to Apple and Google’s own respective refund policies.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. California Consumer Rights

In accordance with California Civil Code, if a product is defective or does not match its description, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund. For questions regarding your rights, you may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
